Importance of International Yoga Day




From the ancient times to the current time it has been noticed that everyone wants to remain fit and healthy. Just by imagining yourself in front of the mirror you cannot always feel positive, no doubt how cool you look in your glad rags.

As today is a big day for those who really wants to bring a small change in their life. International Yoga Day is celebrated to bring awareness among the people, to provide the benefits of yoga. Yoga poses are great to strengthen and relax the body, however there's a lot more to Yoga than that. Derived from the Sankrit word ‘yuj’ which means ‘to unite or integrate’, yoga is a 5,000-year-old Indian body of knowledge.
